Attorney Consultations

Since 1989, my practice has been devoted almost exclusively to federal plea negotiations and post-conviction criminal defense. I have been representing conscientious objectors to military service since 1982. During that time, I have consulted with attorneys from throughout the United States and Puerto Rico to assist them with complex federal sentencing and prison designation issues. The attorneys whom I have assisted range from those who only occasionally handle federal cases to highly experienced federal practitioners. I have also helped many attorneys with conscientious objector cases.
